Aluminum honeycomb core is made of aluminium paper which owns excellent physical, flame retardant phenolic resin, It has high fatigue resistance and anti chemical corrosion ability ,the excellent dielectric and rader conductive property as well. Nomex honeycomb laminated structure is broadly applied to aircraft , high vessel and train, radar etc. it can be divided into meta-aramid paper honeycomb core and para-aramid honeycomb core, they are extremely light weight, high strength composite material core. It is coated with heat-resistant phenolic resin, with excellent thermal stability and thermally insulating properties. Besides, it combines excellent properties of corrosion resistance, high toughness, electrical insulation, fatigue performance, etc.
